This means that current teachings about wireless technology do not protect public health.

The case reveals how the FCC and U.S. Food and Drug Administration have misled the public into believing that the FCC’s safety guidelines are based on meticulous scientific scrutiny.

In fact, in the last 25 years, no accurate review of non-cancerous evidence has been done, though thousands of studies showed ample evidence of harm, including to children.

Until this ruling is finalized, FCC guidelines provide the government’s security stamp for approval for 5G and wireless deployment.

Now that the judges ’decision has confirmed that this stamp is not based on evidence, the current FCC guidelines cannot be used as a safety assurance for smart devices and wireless infrastructure.
