Elizabeth’s primary job requirement is to support MHS school-based health clinics, collaborate on telehealth initiatives and to organize and oversee the MHS Adopt-a-School Program.
A Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW), Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts from Butler University. Hailing from Mitchell, Ind., Elizabeth is a member and current chairman of the Indiana Healthy Schools Action Team, which works to empower “Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC)” efforts throughout Indiana through advocacy , collaboration and information sharing.
Elizabeth volunteers with the American Red Cross and is a member of the Afterschool Alliance as well as the Fort Wayne Community Schools Health Advisory Committee.
She now lives in Indianapolis with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking bread, and walking with their boxer dog Izzie.
