He is a Fulbright Scholar, Lemelson-MIT Awards Finalist, First Outstanding Scientist and Technologist of Indian Origin (STIO), recipient of the Westinghouse Science Talent Honors Award, and nominated for the U.S. National Medal of Technology and Innovation. His interest in human health also began early, when he was young, he observed his grandmother, a farmer and village physician, who used Siddha, the oldest system of traditional medicine. This prompted his future study and research in system biology at MIT, leading to his discovery of System Health®, a major positive outcome that provides an integral framework linking eastern and western medicine. His latest invention CytoSolve®, which emerged from his doctoral research at MIT, provides a revolutionary platform for modeling complex biological phenomena, to support the development of multidisciplinary drugs. combination without animal testing.
