The City of Baltimore continues to descend into turmoil this summer due to job shortages hitting the police department and firehouses.
Residents may be at risk of police not responding to 911 calls or firefighters not coming to fire or other emergencies. Under the new administration, newly elected Mayor Brandon Scott has failed to continue to publicly place emergency services on first responders.
Approved by Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police’s (FOP) Twitter, the city experienced a police shortage as patrols drowned. The police department has more than 500 cops short (something we do outlined not too long ago).

The decline in patrols and a liberal City Hall have made the city a riot this summer. Violent crime is on the rise, and killings are expected to drop to more than 300 levels in six consecutive years.
